Although prohibition of alcohol may have ended in 1933, the cannabis industry still faces many issues that must be overcome in order to be recognized as a fully legal trade. As the industry it continues to grow, compliance with Federal and state laws and regulations will continue to be a challenge. Given the complexity of the topic, we will look at some of the big picture issues when it comes to cannabis.
